This arrangement allows for over-the-air (OTA) updates and can connect wirelessly to the cloud and the user's Smartphone. The infotainment system will also likely support a host of modern infotainment features that include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot. There will likely be optional upgrades such as built-in navigation and a more powerful audio system, as well.
